Is there a way to triage/create a decision tree before the AI provides an answer?
I am thinking:
- When a widget is opened before the user can ask a question, they have to click answer a decision tree list of questions.
- For example: Support, Sales or Other
- Then if it is support, option 1,2 or 3 to get closer to the problem and provide context
- Then ask the question.
Is there a way to do this/could this be a feature?
