The feature wasn’t there in the past. Just noticing it of recent. It’s disturbing workflow when you get active as you may not remember or know it’s turned on. Leads to lose of some customer conversation. You can set once in app it turns off.

It’s stable now. Usually turns on automatically if I’m not online for some period of time.
