TURN OFF DND for idle tawk account

The feature wasn’t there in the past. Just noticing it of recent. It’s disturbing workflow when you get active as you may not remember or know it’s turned on. Leads to lose of some customer conversation. You can set once in app it turns off.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Just to confirm, is the feature automatically enabled on your end, or does the DND button keep turning on again after you’ve disabled it?
