Updating app for Mac Silicon compatibility

Since rosetta is sunsetting with the MacOs28 release, the desktop Intel based app will no longer be supported. Are there plans to update the app for compatibility with Apple Silicon devices?

Hi, We get a popup at least once a week saying it’s not compatible. And we do have issues–our chats do not ring or notify every time, even though sleep is off, volume is up, and notifications are on.

We have Tawk enabled on three sites. Unfortunately your system will not allow my comment to post with links in my comment. How do I contact you off of this thread? I have tried working with your chat support off and on for a while with no resolution.

Tawk has been on our sites for years, and we didn’t start having issues until about 6 months ago.

Everyone in our company is on MacOS 26 and everyone is having the same issue. I am on MacOS 26.6 Beta
