When adding document links to the data sources in AI assist, please allow the possibility of entering multiple links at a go, separated by maybe comma or something.
It’s not always convenient to have to download and upload files from online drives. You may just want to enter all their links at once.

I can see how being able to add multiple document links at once—separated by commas or another delimiter—would make it much more convenient, especially when your files are already stored online. It would certainly save time compared to adding each link individually or downloading and uploading the files.
At the moment, AI Assist doesn’t support adding multiple document URLs in a single action. However, this is valuable feedback, and I’ll be happy to pass your suggestion along to our product team for consideration in future updates.
