Use the same chat over multiple subdomains

I have a website and a shop that is on a different subdomain. I want to stay connected to the same chat even if the customer moves from one domain to the other subdomain.

Unfortunately, does not currently support a native feature for a truly unified chat experience across different subdomains. Each subdomain is treated as a separate property in, and chat sessions are not automatically maintained as visitors move between them.
