Is it possible to change the forms (Ticket Form or Lead Capture Form), or in best case scenario create your own form to use?
I’d like to send a textmessage and a form as a chat rescue. The only option I can find is to use one of the preset forms mentioned above.
Lead Capture Form is OK, but it’s complicated to find the information the visitor writes as a message → Name, email and phone is set in the contact but the message can only be found in reports (lead capture). Am I right? Can the message be added to the visitor contact automatically somehow?
Also maybe let all the information the visitor fills in to be shown in the chat?
Secondly I’d like to be able to send a request for the visitor to fill in his/her email in an active chat (not Pre-Chat). Is that possible somehow?
