I think it is a reasonable deficiency of your Windows application that it cannot generate popup chat alert window like this one on the attached picture taken from another chat service provider.
Parrot in the system tray does not even blink when you receive a call for chat from the visitor.
By your next application update, I suggest this feature should be included in the software.
Chats should also be terminated by us , operators and not only by visitors.
