When creating a webhook of type ‘create ticket’, it would be great to have a checkbox to “automatically close ticket in tawk.to upon success”
We’re using the webhook for a streamlined way to easily create a ticket in an external support system. Because of this, there’s no need to keep the tickets open in tawk as long as the webhook was successful.
