I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to reach out to this wonderful community to share a challenge we’re currently facing and seek your valuable insights. We’re looking to enhance our customer support experience by implementing a webhook that triggers when Apollo transitions the chat to a live agent. Although we’ve attempted to tackle this with the REST API, a chat listener, and integrating Twilio with the chat start webhook, we haven’t found a straightforward solution yet.
Ideally, we want to streamline our process so that our agents receive calls via Twilio immediately when a user requests to speak to a human. This would significantly improve our response times and customer satisfaction.
Has anyone encountered a similar challenge or found an effective workaround? Any suggestions or shared experiences would be immensely appreciated. Thank you all for your time and help!
