Welcome messages would be much more better if done in visitor language(through visitor IP address) just as the visitor country is shown. Let the intro message be in country language too. This would help businesses like ours operating in multi language countries maintain good user experience. Not the visitors doing their best to speak English just because the intro message is English. It’ll help smoothen customer support with visitors.

The welcome message trigger cannot be translated automatically. However, you can set a custom message based on your customers’ language.
To do this, go to Administration > Settings > Triggers > Welcome Message.
