in my work we make groups with each client and customer talks with us inside group. so adding such feature will help alot if agent will handle my group until i am not available.

At the moment, tawk.to does not support assigning a group chat to another agent automatically when the original agent is unavailable. However, I can see how having an agent take over or manage a group conversation in your absence would help ensure continuous support for your clients.
