Answering chats, closing chats , creating tickets , etc. if possible have shortcut keys would help much and would be more efficient to delivery proper customer service. it would help to minimize time effort and quality serrvice.

Big support for this option, this is the only tool in my workflow that forces me to use the mouse and it slows me down greatly.
