Hello, would it be possible to add a feature to turn on/off KB articles also (not simply categories) for AI to use?

While KB Data Source is a handy tool to make existing customer-facing information available for AI, the most consistent AI performance can be achieved by collecting documentation on the Question and Answer spreadsheet. You can learn more about this here:
