As the title suggests, it would be good (and probably less frustrating for the customer) if the AI understood what url the customer was on. Any questions pertaining to that specific page being asked by the customer could then be answered specifically and not generally.

We would need to make considerable changes to empower the AI to be able to read links in real-time, but it’s something we’re definitely excited about building in the future.
