Contact detailed report

Hi,

Is it possible to get a more detailed information from Chats? I’m looking something with this data columns:

Chat_ID
GA_Client_ID
Chat_Tag
Agent_First_Name
Agent_Last_Name
Name
Email
Phone
Group_Id
Group_name
Agent_Name
Chat_Transcript
Chat_URL
Chat_Referrer_URL
Chat_Started_Time
Chat_Ended_Time Chat_Duration

Visitor_City
Visitor_State
Visitor_Country
visitor_number

Thanks for reaching out. You can find some of the data parameters you asked for in our Contacts CRM. To view them, navigate to Dashboard → Contacts and click the top of the right-most column to see all available attributes. This could be useful if you’re creating infographics about visitors like a breakdown of visitors by country.

For parameters related to agents and chat sessions, these aren’t currently visible there. However, we’re planning to extend Inbox filters to include these in the future.
