Customisable Ticket Submission Form in the Knowledgebase

I think the ticket submission form fields should be customisable to better adapt them to the use of each business

We appreciate your input and can definitely see the value in providing this feature. In fact, we are currently exploring options for a standalone submission form product that would allow businesses to fully customize their submission forms in a simple and user-friendly way and use them beyond tickets and Knowledgebase.

Keep an eye out for future updates and let us know if you have any other suggestions.


The form needs a file upload feature. There is no way at the moment for a customer to visually show their issue.

being able to change language on the automatic reply when a client open a ticket is a must! usless for non english speakers as of now.
