Can the navigation history or the visitor history that shows up in the Mobile app, be disabled from getting recorded?

Currently, it is not possible to disable the referral session information from being recorded for people who have engaged in a chat. I will note this suggestion for consideration by our Mobile development team.

It depends on specific app and its settings. Some apps may provide an option to disable or clear navigation history, while others may not offer this functionality. It ultimately depends on the design and features implemented by the app developer.

We hope they bring the option to turn OFF the navigation history too. That would be helpful
