We’re excited to announce that Facebook Messenger, our first omnichannel integration, is nearly ready to launch. While it’s taken longer than expected, we’re focused on delivering a solution that integrates seamlessly with our platform.
Next, we’ll begin work on Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp integrations. These will roll out incrementally, allowing you to manage all your conversations effortlessly within tawk.to.

At last, the long-awaited Facebook Messenger integration is here, and it works great! Congratulations — better late than never!
Just a few details remain to be fine-tuned, such as sound for notifications and the ability to view messages in the mobile app, but the integration is quite fast and easy to implement.
Any update for WhatsApp integration please please, please? we are desperate at this point its 2025. Everything is being streamlined. Wake up Tawk

We do not currently have an integration with WhatsApp, however, we are planning to add it as a channel in future product updates.
At the moment, we don’t have an ETA but we will inform you once this feature is already implemented.
Please include the integrations into the mobile as well. currently only messenger linking is working, that too on desktop. adding these integrations into the mobile app will create massive growth and market capture

These initiatives are top priorities for the team at the moment.

mmm… Omni-channel should be the absolute top priority, especially since all other competitors have had integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, X, Line, and WeChat for years
Whatsapp integration gets more and more important. I actually signed up for the breath of features of tawk, but without whatsapp integration all the nice features are useless.
I just gave up on tawk,to a while ago. Most competitors have had WhatsApp integration for a very long time, while Tawk.to has been promising an integration for years, but it still hasn’t happened.
