When are we getting Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and SMS integrated into Tawk? Currently, I have to use two chat widgets to achieve this and it’s overwhelming for me and my team.

There is no estimated time at the moment, but they did confirm that the first channels would be available in the summer, which means between June and September.

The only reason I’m not using FreshDesk is because of the Hire option, which is your best feature, but if the software lacks the potential to give a good user experience then…
any updates on this? Summer is over and nothing happened.
