
Me waiting for Tawk.to to release Dark Mode, along with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram integration in the app
It is actually shameful how tawk.to canât even be bothered to reply or provide updates to their customers.

Yeah, we got tired of waiting for Tawk.to, so we switched to another app. The bosses are really thrilled with the new app. I mean, itâs good â it has an AI bot using ChatGPT, along with a codeless bot that allows for a hybrid chat flow. It also integrates with WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram. Itâs perhaps just missing SMS and Twitter, but still, I like Tawk.to better. However, itâs not my call

try enchant, this is what I use, I like tawk better on the AI part however they have a solid call/SMS/whatsapp platform
Our company switched to Zohoâs SalesIQ. But itâs not all sunshine and rainbows. If you want to have an AI bot like tawk.to, youâll also need an OpenAI account and a moderate level of knowledge to integrate it with SalesIQ. However, once integrated, it works properly.
Personally, I prefer tawk.to for its ease of use, and I use it on my personal site, but the fact that in 2024 they donât have multi-channel integration does put the platform at a disadvantage compared to its competitors. Tawk.to has been announcing the integration for a while, but we still donât know when it will actually be available, also the lack of a reliable ticket system that do actually reach gmail accounts on time and manner, our IT managers decided to make the switch
enchant, is quite complicated to integrate whatsapp⊠you need to buy a number with twillio then have a twillio account etc etc⊠tidiochat and salesiq have an easy set up imo

At last, the long-awaited Facebook Messenger integration is here, and it works great! Congratulations â better late than never!
Just a few details remain to be fine-tuned, such as sound for notifications and the ability to view messages in the mobile app, but the integration is quite fast and easy to implement.
Any update for WhatsApp integration please please, please? we are desperate at this point its 2025. Everything is being streamlined. Wake up Tawk

We do not currently have an integration with WhatsApp, however, we are planning to add it as a channel in future product updates.
At the moment, we donât have an ETA but we will inform you once this feature is already implemented.
Please include the integrations into the mobile as well. currently only messenger linking is working, that too on desktop. adding these integrations into the mobile app will create massive growth and market capture

Come on Tawk.to, why the half-baked implementation? We are still waiting for Instagram integration, I am not sure how you were able to release FB Messenger, but not Instagram.
