Since the Tawk.to branding was moved to above the text in the free chatbox it seems to have reduced the size of the text input box to the point that my clients have complaint and it looks to be causing accessibility issues. (At least I think it used to be better)
I’ve reported this a few months ago, and it can also lead to mistakes when someone tries to type and accidentally clicks on the logo, causing the visitor to leave the chat. I believe it’s a marketing strategy to push users to purchase the white label extension. However, I really don’t understand why they haven’t improved the logo’s position and the text input box.
