Traffic Filtering

The system is able to update in real time all the customers from the traffic on the website, however, it is not possible to filter them and found an specific customer by using the email or name from that list. sometimes agents closes the chats accidentally and the customer is sent back to the traffic and as it updates in real time, it get lost with the other 6K customers that are already on the site without an option to retrieve it unless the customer reach back so he get queued again. It would be awesome that we can filter them to retrieve the customers and provide better assistance.

We would like to be available on the “monitoring” which is where the traffic of the website is shown. The screenshot I posted is from the system we used to work with, in case you need more details, let me know so I can share more of what options are available on each of the topics.
