Translation of emails sent by ticket

Is it possible to translate into other languages the sentence at the beginning of each email sent after a ticket is set up.

It’s not possible. We’ve been requesting for over a year to let us change the language, but they’ve only told us they will implement this in the future. and it is more likely they won’t
