Are there any plans to further develop the anaytics module to a point where you can track sales and see how much revenue each agent has generated? Like the type they have at LiveChat for example.
In general, an expansion of the analytics module would be awesome! E.g. also the options of reporting on:
User geographic location
User click/page depth
Chat enquiry category/tag
Chat duration
Device type
